What’s it all about?
The BRAVE Leadership Accreditation Program is designed for educators and leaders who want to become certified facilitators of the transformational leadership framework, delivering impactful, once-in-a-lifetime insights and experiences for teams and individuals. The program includes unique content and builds on learnings from leadership experts like Brené Brown, Simon Sinek, and Adam Grant, with practical, actionable strategies which apply directly to today’s workplaces.
By becoming an accredited facilitator, you’ll be able to guide others in developing agility, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness through a powerful, structured approach to leadership.

BRAVE Leadership Program includes a combination of 5 unique foundational (Core) modules - Bold, Resilient, Authentic, Vulnerable and Empathetic leadership, and includes real-life, memorable experiences to reinforce deep insight and change.
Teaching styles and approaches which become second nature during BRAVE Accreditation can be used to improve your ability to lead workshops generally, as well as inspiring others on their own leadership journeys.

Who’s it for?
Educators, leaders and individuals responsible for inspiring and guiding teams through change. It doesn’t require any prior experience in Human Resources, leadership or training.

- 3 day Accreditation program (hosted at external BRAVE venue, includes meals + accommodation)
- Intensive training in 5 x BRAVE Core modules
- A toolkit, real-world examples and in-person practice of BRAVE program delivery style training
- Full Accreditation to lead BRAVE programs, access to resources and participant materials
- Annual BRAVE reconnect training and live support from our community of BRAVE accredited trainers
